Working with Charles was the best decision we made in the process of buying a home. We are first time buyers and Charles treated us with dignity and responsiveness the entire process. He answered all our questions, walked us through every single step and explained every detail to us, and advocated on our behalf while making sure to show the sellers and their agent respect (this was important to us). He knows the community well and made buying a home almost too easy. From the time we met him until the time we had an accepted offer on a home was 4 days.
