Charles should be rated at the very top of this class of agents. His knowledge was outstanding, was ALWAYS available to work with you and get you the VERY best information. He also ran many surveys on prices in the area and because this house was to be used as a rental, also surveys on the average rentals in the area. Even though we put contracts on many houses that were not accepted, he never stopped looking for the right match and showing the properties. Was always on call, almost 24/7.
