We have sold multiple rental properties in the past year through Charlie Clark and couldn’t be more pleased! He and his staff are professional and efficient. They helped us through any processes that we needed with ease. My husband RR Zarter is very happy with the outcomes. I appreciate the assistance particularly with our “Ethernet” closings . Penny
Have dealt with Charlie Clark for 20 years. Have rented two houses through them, Purchased two houses and Sold one house, have a rental property managed through them. Charlie Clark and his agency are excellent in every way. Whole heartedly recommend Charles Clark and his agency.
Charles and Susan Clark are the dynamic duo. Susan managed our property for 8 years and was an amazing partner. Charles, what can I say but true professional and master of his trade. We were worried about selling a house that rented for 8 and Charles sold it in 3 days. As first-time house sellers, he walked us through the process step by step. There was a lot of anxiety and he Definity delivered. I would highly highly recommend Charles as your realtor.
Charlie and his team we're very helpful, supportive and very knowledgeable in their field throughout this entire process. I would 100% recommend you reach out to them if you are looking to sell your property.
Charlie Clark has sold all but one of my rental properties in less than a year. Has done an outstanding job on all of them!
Charlie is simply the best! Professional and complete. Goes the extra mile to please
Charlie has made the experience of buying our 1st & 2nd home easy. He is up to date, we were able to do everything on line except closing. Many times he worked on Sunday evening for us, appreciate that. Overall he is wonderful and very knowledgeable.
Charlie is a true professional and goes the extra miles for his customers. We recommend him without reservations!!
Charles should be rated at the very top of this class of agents. His knowledge was outstanding, was ALWAYS available to work with you and get you the VERY best information. He also ran many surveys on prices in the area and because this house was to be used as a rental, also surveys on the average rentals in the area. Even though we put contracts on many houses that were not accepted, he never stopped looking for the right match and showing the properties. Was always on call, almost 24/7. If we need to buy another property, we will definitely want to work with Charles again. Again, thanking you for all your hard work.
Charlie was professional and very patient with us as we navigated the highly competitive west El Paso real estate market. We highly recommend him.
