My whole experience with Charlie was through the phone and internet. He was very helpful from the very beginning when he was assigned as the agent to ready the house for show and sale. He has great patience in dealing with the eviction situation and knew exactly what to do when it was done. Mr Clark had a crew ready to clean up, secure and prepare the house for showing. His honesty and professionalism in dealing with people made this experience as painless as it was. He kept me informed whenever something new came up.

Charles Clark guided my wife and I through the complex process of preparing our property for sale, market analysis, advertising, dealing with interested buyers and navigating the sales paperwork. He is patient and extremely knowledgeable. He explained all steps in a clear and direct manner. He was always available to answer questions and provide insight regarding the many unexpected situations that seem to arise when selling a home. He was excellent at working with all parties involved, which made things move efficiently. My wife and I feel that we made an excellent choice in trusting Charles Clark to be our agent because events went smoothly, and our property sold quicker than expected. I feel strongly that everything went so well because of Charles Clark's attention to all details, professionalism and hard work.
