Charles guided us through every part of the homebuying process from looking for units and getting pre-certified to submitting offers and closing. He advised us on making a strong, realistic offer that ultimately landed us the perfect home and helped us craft an exceptional board package (the transfer agent even complimented it!). When we lost out on a place we loved earlier in the process, he made sure we didn’t lose hope. He supported us through the long mortgage process and helped us stay grounded when there were bumps in the road.
