Charlie is a good listener and makes an effort to understand what you need. He makes himself available when you need to see a property and communicates and keeps in touch with the sellers agent. He offers suggestions as to what could work for you and points out the condition, age, and how long items are expected to last. He is like having your own personal inspector. He was expedient presenting our offer to the seller, and when it was accepted he stayed on top of the loan process with his recommendations of the lawyer and bank. We plan to have Charlie for our sellers agent.
