Charlene helped us for over 2 years navigate what turned out to be a complicated land sale. Since we live over 6 hours away she had to handle a lot. She was always patient, positive and persistent in working with the county and consultants. I would recommend using her as your realtor.
She was so professional and explained everything as we went alone. People over n this town could learn how to be professional from her. Always greeting with a smile. I would recommend her to everyone.
Our experience with Charlene in the selling and buying process was so different than what I expected. There was no stress and she explained and guided us every step of the way.
Charlene was innovative, creative, attentive, accommodating, and vigilant in her efforts to sell my property. I appreciate her patience and encouragement through the process. I highly recommend Charlene for all real estate transactions on the eastern shore of Maryland.
Ms. Spence was professional and knowledgeable. She responded to all my questions and inquiries timely. We had been unable to get a decent offer for our property before but she was able to get an offer that was double our previous offers. I would definitely do business with her again and would recommend her agency to anyone looking for a realtor.
Charlene has 14 properties for sale and sold 23 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
