Charlene was very knowledgeable in explaining every detail in regards how to place my house to be sold. She calmed me down when things bothered me. Whenever I called she always called back or texted.

I appreciate her greatly because, during my property purchase process, I had to travel abroad, and she was there for me when I needed her most. She will make phone calls for you and put up a fight with the bank and anyone else when necessary. She was a great person to work with.

Charlene was very helpful in working with her loan officer colleague to outline for us the advantages of buying v. renting a house. As we were coming from outside of Delaware, we appreciated her showing us a range of houses in different neighborhoods. We also liked that she did not try to steer us in any one direction or pressure us to take a decision on a house before we were ready. She was consistently very prompt in providing replies to any questions/requests for information that we had during the search process.
