Charlene was very knowledgeable in explaining every detail in regards how to place my house to be sold. She calmed me down when things bothered me. Whenever I called she always called back or texted.
Working with Charlene was very lovely; she will put you in front of everything that you need to know about the process. I appreciate her greatly because, during my property purchase process, I had to travel abroad, and she was there for me when I needed her most. She will make phone calls for you and put up a fight with the bank and anyone else when necessary. She was a great person to work with.

When looking for specific attributes of a home and certain areas she continuously kept finding us options. We may have been on the more picky side but even then Charlene didn’t stop doing everything in her power to help. She set up appointments right away and jammed her day full just to help us find what we were looking for. She helped us find an amazing home and fought for everything we asked for in price and negotiations. Charlene was very helpful in working with her loan officer colleague to outline for us the advantages of buying v. renting a house. As we were coming from outside of Delaware, we appreciated her showing us a range of houses in different neighborhoods. We also liked that she did not try to steer us in any one direction or pressure us to take a decision on a house before we were ready. She was consistently very prompt in providing replies to any questions/requests for information that we had during the search process.
