Charlene was amazing. I had a very difficult sale to manage. I was responsible for selling my father’s condo following his death. Having to sell a condo I never lived in, answer questions regarding a complicated condo association and having to do it from out of state on my very busy schedule could’ve been a complete mess. However, Charlene was incredible. She handled EVERYTHING. She set up an estate sale to help unload all of my fathers many contents in the home and had it cleaned for me. She handled hiring people to do some repairs all while selling it in what felt like record timing. I cannot say enough positive things about working with Charlene.
