Charleen has both infinite knowledge and infinite patience. This is the 3 transaction we have done with Charleen and we couldn't have done it without her. After our first accepted offer backed out for unknown reasons, she quickly pivoted and got us back into showings. About a week later, we had another offer that was better than the original! And when the buyer's lender was being difficult, Charleen was bulldog that kept the process moving forward to closing. I think we all know we don’t live in a perfect world… there’s gonna be non-perfect situations we have to deal with… Charleen was there every step of the way/anytime of the day/any day of the week… to call us with updates…even if there was nothing to update except that she was still on top of it. I’m the type of person that needs information and I really appreciated that type of connection. She called me to express concerns on a particular part of the sell… and I jokingly told her… “I trust you’re on top of it…I’m not worried, that’s what I’m paying you for” And I will say…she handled the situation in our best interests and everything went smoothly. I’m closing…she walked us thru the entire process stress free and we got top dollar for our property.
