She helps you make list of any repairs or updates needed to make your property appeal to the most buyers. Charleen helps you tweak your decor, or suggest rearrangement of furniture to have your house looking it's best. She handles the paperwork and deals with the buyers agent in a timely manner. Charleen Mullin is such a polite and friendly person. She was always reachable for my questions. She knew all the things that I needed to do and to expect, such as inpections, water testing, appraisals, cost, who is responsible for paying. She always contacted me about showing times of the house, if it would work for me. She has the best of honest contractors, if needed to resolve problems. She exudes knowledge, confidence and friendship. She is not a pushy person and willing to go over things as many as you ask. I'm so fortunate to have had her as my realtor. I needed a 60 day escrow and she made it happen.

I think we all know we don’t live in a perfect world… there’s gonna be non-perfect situations we have to deal with… Charleen was there every step of the way/anytime of the day/any day of the week… to call us with updates…even if there was nothing to update except that she was still on top of it. I’m the type of person that needs information and I really appreciated that type of connection. She called me to express concerns on a particular part of the sell… and I jokingly told her… “I trust you’re on top of it…I’m not worried, that’s what I’m paying you for” And I will say…she handled the situation in our best interests and everything went smoothly. I’m closing…she walked us thru the entire process stress free and we got top dollar for our property.
