When I met Charlee at a property I found online it was not a good match. Thankfully Charlee brought a print out of a comparable property in the same area and we went to look at that one. The second property was much better than the first and we made an offer that same day. The offer was rejected the first time, but then the sellers ended up doing a price change and Charlee notified me right away. We made a second offer and it was accepted. Then throughout the whole closing process she kept me informed of all the things I had to do and we had a successful closing. Charlee was well informed, professional, offered great advice, and was fun to work with. I am very grateful to her and thankful for all her help and due diligence.
