He missed the fact that the HVAC units are too small for the house, finding out now that it's getting cold and heat doesn't reach the bedrooms. Contractor said we'll find the same in the summer with the heat; Looks like I'll be sleeping in the kitchen. He also missed the German Cockroaches. (well maybe not the kitchen after all) What a cluster! Moral of the story; get your own independent inspector.
