10/10 recommend working with Caliber group. I met one of the agents through Zillow and was introduced to the entire team within the first 2 weeks of working together. Over a 90 day period, we were able to complete construction and renovations in our current home, list the property, find our next home, sell our current home, open escrow on our new property, AND close both properties. Selling a home is so nerve racking when we are not familiar with the process. My agent made it easy and painless! She never made me feel rushed or pressured when selling my home. She has been very accommodating helping me by suggesting an agent in oregon ( who was great) and with shipping my jeep to Oregon, because i’m leaving the county in a day or so - I found a house I wanted in Oregon and that put the pressure on Charisse to sell quickly . She also arranged the movers , packers to help me box up everything, she organized the POD and guys to help me fill the POD and remove junk . I couldn’t be more pleased .
