I'll try to keep it short and to the point. We live in Texas. 5 years ago I engaged Charisse to find a condo in old town Orange and she did and it's been a great 5 years. A few weeks ago, we decided we wanted to sell it. I'm getting to old to go through airports once a month and travel to California. So I contacted Charisse again. She had the condo cleaned, staged, photographed, open house, multiple offers, and finally sold. Part of our deal was she had to figure out what to do with all the furniture. She did it all. Cleaned it out and even returned our Cable boxes!! As I said, she's full service, she does everything and she and her team know what they are doing. I would not trust anyone else. If we ever decide to buy anything again in Orange, or nearby, I won't call anyone else. I think most of the time, Real Estate professionals send a thank you gift to the client. HA.....we sent her a thank you gift. She's that good.

Charisse, Carri, and their team were phenomenal through our entire home buying/home selling process. They worked with us over a period of six months to help us find the right home at the right price for us. They were patient and helpful, and always strove to do right by us. When it came time to move, they helped arrange (for free) organizer to help us pack/unpack the house. Because they did such a great job for us, we are likely not moving any time soon. But if we did, we certainly will be working with them again. We also worked with Charisse and team to sell our old house. They completed the prep, showing, and bidding process in less than a week. Don't think I ever met Charisse... Was working with Laura Hamann Laura was very nice, responsive, young but knowledgeable and confident. Disappointed in their Home Inspector. He missed the fact that the HVAC units are too small for the house, finding out now that it's getting cold and heat doesn't reach the bedrooms. Contractor said we'll find the same in the summer with the heat; Looks like I'll be sleeping in the kitchen. He also missed the German Cockroaches. (well maybe not the kitchen after all) What a cluster! Moral of the story; get your own independent inspector.
