Charee was absolultely phenomenal !! She is extremely professional yet very personable. Her communication skills are outstanding! Always responds immediately and if doesn't have an answer she finds out right away and gets back with you. We have used Realtors in the past and Charee by far exceeds any experience (in a very positive way) we have ever had and would never use anyone else if a need arises in the future. She is extremely kind and not pushy at all (which is what impressed us initially meeting her) and made the entire process stress free! She truly is there for her clients and is very knowledgeable in her profession. HIGHLY recommend Charee either buying or selling you will be in very good and competent hands!! We recently worked with Charee Oman to sell our condo in Fremont, Ohio, and I can honestly say she did an outstanding job from start to finish. From the very beginning, Charee made my wife and me feel like we were her top priority. She communicated extremely well—always quick to respond to texts or voicemails—and was honest and transparent throughout the process. Even though she's newer to real estate, she never let that slow things down. If she didn’t have an answer, she immediately found someone who did and made sure we were taken care of. I really respected that level of initiative and accountability. She told us upfront that she thought the condo would sell quickly without us needing to make any changes—and she was right. Within just a few weeks we had an interested buyer. Charee helped guide us through negotiations, balancing both our needs and the buyer's. The buyer was using a VA loan and needed help with the down payment, and Charee worked creatively to make it a win-win for both sides. She made sure we got what we wanted while helping the buyer afford their new home. What really stood out was how much she truly made us feel like she was on our team the whole time. She handled all the back-and-forth communication with the buyer and their agent, which took a lot of pressure off of us. And perhaps most importantly, she was honest—willing to own mistakes (though there weren’t many!) and always made it clear our best interests were her top concern. I’d absolutely recommend Charee to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area. Her dedication, communication, and heart for her clients are exactly what you want in a real estate agent. We'd definitely work with her again.
