Throughout the escrow period she was always there to answer questions, help negotiate seller credits/repairs, facilitate communications with everyone from the listing agent to the inspection team to the lender. Her knowledge of all the steps necessary was a relief to me, a first time home buyer, and I felt very at ease knowing she was there to guide everything into place.
