Chanel has been an absolute blessing. She is so professional, knowledgeable and is willing to do whatever is needed to help her clients. We reached out to her to sell our condo in Palm Springs. She had it sold in just 5 days! She also helped us out with moving our belongings out as we were unable to do so due to the border closure because of the Coronavirus. Chanel was our realtor to sell our home and to buy our new home. Once the decision was made to sell, Chanel was busy holding open houses, putting out literature, having professional pictures of the home taken and getting it advertised everywhere. We are Canadians selling our far away home, so it was so good to have Chanel looking after our interests. She made many trips to the house to check on it if we had any concerns. She always kept us in the loop as to what was happening with our home. She was so knowledgeable about all the papers that needed signing, all the information we needed to know, everything that needed to be done to sell our home successfully. Truly we couldn't have done it without Chanel, we are so thankful for her. We wanted to relocate and purchase a different home in Palm Desert. Chanel took us too many open houses to view, she was always so happy and cheerful as we kept looking until we found exactly what we wanted. We did A LOT of looking and she was always happy to view another home. Once we found our prefect home Chanel worked diligently to make the deal happen. She helped above and beyond so many times, we can't thank her enough. Chanel opened the new house for the movers to deliver the furniture as we were gone on a holiday. She watched over the house until we were able to return to Palm Desert to see our new home. We cannot say enough about all the extra effort Chanel put forth for us.
