Moving to a brand new area, we were very intimidated at the prospect of purchasing our first home. Once the offer was accepted, Chance helped set up the inspection, dealt with the seller's agent, and worked with my mortgage provider to make sure that the entire experience was handled quickly and efficiently. I imagine this process is very stressful for most people, but Chance worked tirelessly to make sure that stress didn't fall on me. When I called, he answered right away. He answered all of my questions, though some of them were probably pretty silly. Chance made me feel like we were in this together. Partners! My success was his success.
