I give Chad so much credit. He is very professional, but doesn't lose his human touch. We feel that his commitment to his client is clear. I enjoyed working with him, and I have to say that as first-time homebuyers, we were able to have a confidence in him that I didn't think I would be able to. Though this is our first home purchase, we've worked with other realtors. We felt we were able to ask questions with Chad and get an answer that wasn't tailored to what he thought we wanted to hear. Nor did he leave anything out because it was hard to say or hard for us to hear. He called or texted just to check in sometimes. If he didn't know an answer, it wouldn't be long before he got back to us with what he wasn't clear on. We watched him easily and confidently speak on our behalf. Although he was working with multiple clients, we never felt that we lacked his attention. Chad has continued to check in even after we closed on our home. We have and do appreciate his effort to continually improve in his profession and to build on our relationship. We wish him in his business and with his family all the best!
