I give Chad so much credit. He is very professional, but doesn't lose his human touch. We feel that his commitment to his client is clear. I enjoyed working with him, and I have to say that as first-time homebuyers, we were able to have a confidence in him that I didn't think I would be able to. Though this is our first home purchase, we've worked with other realtors. We felt we were able to ask questions with Chad and get an answer that wasn't tailored to what he thought we wanted to hear. Nor did he leave anything out because it was hard to say or hard for us to hear. He called or texted just to check in sometimes. Not everyone meets my expectations of service. Beginning, we were unsure of one another. He was my second realtor. So, My guards were up and my budget was limited. Nevertheless, Mr. Odie exceeded my expectations!! It was a pleasure doing business with him. Not only is a knowledgeable realtor, he has compassion for people and his profession. Towards the end of close, several unforeseen circumstances occurred which delayed closing and moving. I was ready to back out the deal. That's when my support team including Mr. Odie stepped in.
