Chadrick Odie is a phenomenal realtor!! I highly recommend!! I am a very precise, firm, yet fun Army Veteran to work with. I don't hold anyone to a standard I cannot uphold. Not everyone meets my expectations of service. Beginning, we were unsure of one another. He was my second realtor. So, My guards were up and my budget was limited. Nevertheless, Mr. Odie exceeded my expectations!! It was a pleasure doing business with him. Not only is a knowledgeable realtor, he has compassion for people and his profession. Towards the end of close, several unforeseen circumstances occurred which delayed closing and moving. I was ready to back out the deal. That's when my support team including Mr. Odie stepped in. They provided motivation and pushed the negotiations to expedite the process. I look forward to other business ventures with Mr. Odie. He also provided information on investments and commercial real estate. Mr. Odie has quite a few resources for home needs such as: Cleaning services, contactors, electricians, Financial institutions, and etc.

Chad was a life saver of a find for me and my wife throughout the whole home buying process. He was always available and kept us informed on everything going on. When things went wrong he kept a cool and calm demeanor and didn’t stop to it was resolved. He kept us on track and without him we wouldn’t have made it to closing.
