We from Boston and decided to buy a vacation home in Florida. Then I reached out to my long time realtor from Boston to do some research and find me a realtor in Florida. My Realtor from Boston know that I need a realtor that know the area really well, aggressive and up to date with technologies to help look into properties. He then found Chad and told me to read all the review about Chad and look at all the activities that Chad did in the past few year. After carefully read everything, I decided to email and call Chad to introduce ourself and tell him what we are looking for. After the first conversation, I felt very comfortable with Chad so we jump into looking for property right away. We did travel Florida 2 times and went with Chad for properties tour but didn’t find anything we like. We worked with Chad for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. We met Chad by chance at an open house in our neighborhood. From the moment we met him we knew we liked him.
