He is easily reachable via any communication outlet (text, phone call, email, social media, etc). We regularly asked questions and would receive detailed responses very quickly. His ability to simplify concepts regarding real estate, the market, and home-buying in general helped us both feel confident in our decisions throughout this process. Another key skill Chad had that specifically helped us out was his attention to details. For example, during house tours he would first allows us to observe, and if we missed anything, he would quickly help us point things out (potential signs of water damage, the age of the HVAC system, etc.). This was a critical part of our experience as first-time home buyers, since we didn't exactly know what we were looking for or what we even wanted. We both also felt as if we were Chad's only clients. There was a very personable approach to how he handled our professional relationship. We always felt that he was personally invested in us finding the home of our dreams. It didn't matter how many tours we went on or how many offers we submitted; each time we felt fully supported in our journey to find exactly what we wanted - and even guided away from bad opportunities when we specifically asked him. There are very few reviews that I would actually write, and this one is a great pleasure to write. We made the transition from South Florida to Central Florida, wanting to purchase a home.
