chad is very knowledgeable in real-estate and construction in general, and is very personable & easy to talk with and understand. He cares about each sale and wants to make sure its a happy experience. He sold my parents house in 3 days, with 18 showings and 9 offers on the table. WOW. This happened late feb 2020, we sold way over asking price. Highly recommend him for your buy/sell!
