Found Chad through doing a Google search for reviews after another "person" we were dealing with (based on a referral) ended up being a total flake. We needed someone fast - and he was there! Called Chad the day before we were flying from Colorado to Ohio for the week to look at property to purchase. So last minute because we decided to give the other person too many chances to get her "stuff" together. He was there. Even with his assistant gone for the first few days he managed to get us showings at a few places the first couple of days. Did a couple of counters for us and we got the house at less than asking. Very responsive via text, phone or email and even working with my parents since we did a remote close from Colorado. I will recommend him to anyone that is looking! PS Suggest getting a beer while you write the offer...and he may just buy!!
