It is Overwhelming how many agents there are now in this area. So easy to make the choice after you meet Chad. He not only grew up here and knows the area, he knows everybody!! Therefore everybody knew our home was going up for sale. He has sold 2 homes for us and makes it painless. He follows up on everything and is always several steps ahead.
