Working with Chad was wonderful! He showed me many homes in the area from building new construction to finding a home already built. We found a wonderful cabin and he was excellent in getting the offer accepted and closed on the home a month and a half later!
Busy guy, usually there is a reason for that. Chad was good to work with and very responsive.
I recently sold my house and had Angela as my realtor. Angela commuted several hours to my house and answered my around the clock questions. Piepho’s front office staff was nothing but helpful and polite. Even with me living long distance from Counselor Realty Brainerd Lakes, I wound never go anywhere else because of both of my positive experiences with them.
Chad has 80 properties for sale and sold 38 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
