Chad Langseth

We needed a realtor to not only help sell our home, but also my parents' and assist us in finding a new home big enough for our combined households. We've worked with Chad in the past and had good experiences so we naturally called him up. Once again, he did a phenomenal job! He talked us through our options and did some rough estimates of what we could expect in the sale of both houses and listened to what we were looking for in a new home. When the pandemic happened, he made sure our homes were safely viewed and had plenty of gorgeous pictures online to showcase both properties. I was pregnant at the time so he was always concerned about my health. We ended up selling our home fast! He got my parents' home sold as well. Our next home is a new construction which he also has experience in and has been knowledgeable about what we should expect. He also went out of his way to ensure we had temporary accommodations while the house is being built. All in all, he's a fantastic real-estate agent, but also an honest and decent person.
