I cannot express enough satisfaction with Chad Johnson in this review. He worked with us for over a year, enduring the tyranny of time and distance trying to satisfy a client in Florida while providing analysis and recommendations on properties in Asheville. A true professional, he went the extra mile by visiting properties for us all over the Asheville area. Always responsive and always available via phone or email, he quickly deduced the lifestyle we envisioned and the property type we were looking for. Absolutely loving our new home, and if we move again he will be our realtor.

Chad was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I didn't provide much information about what I was looking for in a house other than the budget but Chad worked very hard to help me find what I wanted. He was very patient and has a kind spirit. I will use him again.
