My husband and I used Chad to both buy and sell our house in Strasburg. He is a true professional and will have your best interests in mind. He's not pushy, or salesy like a lot of realtors out there, and he is honest. Our roof had hail damage a couple weeks before our house was supposed to close and Chad handled all the nightmarish logistics behind that, and for this we are forever grateful! It's been a pleasure working with him; our only regret is that we couldn't utilize his services for our Louisiana house hunt!
