Chad Ferguson

We met Chad at an open house while we were on vacation. He made us feel important and took our goals serious. He followed thru with everything he said he was going to do. He even emailed spreadsheet periodically showing our progress. This was our first time buying a vacation home in South Carolina and he stayed on top of any questions we had with resolutions. He took it a step further and helped us find inspectors, title attorneys, carpets cleaners, surveyors, pool installers, etc… Chad was transparent with the real estate law changes with clear explanations and expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a more genuine person to assist us in our dream to own a home in the Myrtle Beach area.
