Moving from Texas to California with a family...

Moving from Texas to California with a family of 6 (plus a mother-in-law) was a daunting task that could have easily become overwhelming. However, the professional and personal service Chad provided was exactly what we needed to find the perfect house at the right price. We could not have been more pleased. Chad and his team communicated clearly and promptly and were always thinking several steps ahead to ensure a smooth process from negotiations to close. We would wholeheartedly recommend Chad Costa if you are looking to buy or sell!
