We bought our house in March 2016 and Chad was our agent. He is extremely hardworking! Didn't let us worry about a thing. Very dependable, prompt and never had to be reminded of a thing twice! We were in a hurry and were trying close as soon as possible. He made it happen in 15 days!!! Never heard of that happen before! He is very patient and never pushed us even when we didn't like a single house after visiting over 12 of them!!! During the closing process, he played a very big role in finding, communicating and coordinating with inspectors, appraisal officers, loan officers, escrow and all the others involved - none of whom as expected were talking to one another! Without his help we would have been lost. He left us with a great contractor and a plumber as well for getting everything fixed for our home. Without a doubt we would want him to be our agent every time we are looking to buy or sell. We will definitely be recommending him to all of our friends!!
