They never hesitated to take us to homes above and below our price point- laughing through some of the fixers and dreaming about low offers on homes above our price range. They never made us feel like we were wasting their time. Chad and Teegan were punctual, professional, and had great communications with listing agents, usually gaining a friend in the process due to their kind and accommodating nature. We had a seamless closing, they negotiated a kick back for repairs and made sure we had the right contractors to make the necessary repairs. All of their contacts that we used were TOP NOTCH! The experience was EASY, we got the home of our dreams and Chad and Teegan were there every step of the way to be the liaison between listing agent and us.
