Very well-lit photos of the house and rooms with from nice vantage points. It's something we kind of took for granted, until we compared his shots to other listings. I'm a believer that those kinds of things can make a big difference. Teegan is fantastic -- she's creative, she's detail-oriented, and she's customer-focused. She's definitely someone you want in your corner. We came to Teegan and Chad at various points of the home sale process with questions and issues big and small, common and uncommon, and we found that we could trust them to find a resolution in our best interest.
