I think we viewed a few dozen houses over the course of a month, constantly texted him, had him show up during Fathers day so we could walk through a house we knew was out of our price range (just to get ideas on what we like/not like). He even worked with to submit and modify our offer (on the house we ended up buying) while we were in the hospital having our second child. He knew all the realtor lingo, pointed out things we would miss at houses, very friendly and down-to-earth guy. We were very happy that we went with him for our purchase. If we sell/buy in the future we know we will be calling him up again.
