Great experience working with Chad Beasley

Chad was great to work with from the time we met. I was helping my mom find an agent to sell her home. I had received a recommendation of Chad and others and we wanted to meet them all. All agents we met were nice and knowledgeable but Chad stood out because his knowledge of the area and the plan to sell the house. My mom and I talked together and she chose Chad. Chad had professional photos made of the home and had a videographer shoot a video which could be accessed by prospective buyers. We had prospective buyers look at the house immediately, and I was notified of each showing. We had a contract just over a month later and closing was a month after we got the contract. Chad was also very helpful in getting all documents to the closing attorney and ensuring that all items required by the contract were completed. My mom and I were completely satisfied and highly recommend Chad to be your realtor also.
