Chad and Jen were great to work with. Their market knowledge and suggestions were very valuable, but the most valuable service they provided was their availability to answer even the most off the wall questions we asked at the most inconvenient times! Selling a home during the last two weeks of the year resulted in a lot of angst but they were able to reassure us and make the sale in a short period of time. Their input on pricing and negotiating was very helpful. They did an excellent job of advising us on which things needed to be done to the house and which things would not add value. We have bought and sold six homes over 40 years and Chad and Jen were the best agents we have worked with by far!
Chad and Jen did a great job both selling my old home in Chelsea, and helping me buy a home in a different part of town. They really care about their clients, and they go out of their way to show it. They were very quick to respond to my questions and concerns. They kept us apprised of the status of our sale/purchase. They have very kind, pleasing personalities. I worked mostly with Chad. He is easy going, yet hard working. He’s a super nice man who obviously loves people. I came out of the experience with the opinion that “everybody loves Chad”. I always got a very positive response whenever I mentioned his name. Chad has also been very helpful to me in recommending contractors to work on various projects at my new address. It’s great to have someone in your corner who has a vast knowledge of the housing market and everything that goes with it.

I cannot even believe how easy Chad and Jen made this process for my brother and I when we had to sell my parent’s home. The knowledge and expertise between the two of them made everything go smoothly and we literally had their house sold within 1 month! I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
Chad was great to work with from the time we met. I was helping my mom find an agent to sell her home. I had received a recommendation of Chad and others and we wanted to meet them all. All agents we met were nice and knowledgeable but Chad stood out because his knowledge of the area and the plan to sell the house. My mom and I talked together and she chose Chad. Chad had professional photos made of the home and had a videographer shoot a video which could be accessed by prospective buyers. We had prospective buyers look at the house immediately, and I was notified of each showing. We had a contract just over a month later and closing was a month after we got the contract. Chad was also very helpful in getting all documents to the closing attorney and ensuring that all items required by the contract were completed. My mom and I were completely satisfied and highly recommend Chad to be your realtor also.

Our family was moving from out of state and Chad and Jen were so helpful from the very beginning. Our journey searching for our new home started in January of 2024 where they literally drove us through each neighborhood of Birmingham. They brought our three kids snacks to help keep them happy during the day, helped distract the older kids and hold the baby while we looked through houses and provided us valuable feedback each house we looked at, as if we were family. Fast forward to over a year later, we decided we were finally ready to make the move and got in contact with Chad and Jen. We initially landed on a new construction home, but after a few months of living amongst the noise of construction, we changed our plans and Chad and Jen stood behind us as our agents.
