I have worked with April for several months now. She is an outstanding realtor. Always professional, very prompt and incredibly thorough. So organized when it comes scheduling of showings and I cannot begin to tell you how amazing she is with all the contracts and paperwork. We had to work through appraisal and closing issues and she was great. April is a very good negotiator. You will not find a better agent!
