We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Chad and April Emory of Emory Rocks Realty! Chad and April have both been personal friends of ours, but one thing we really appreciated throughout this entire process was how well they kept our friendship and the business side completely separate. From day one, everything was handled professionally. They were honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and always made us feel like our best interests came first. Selling a home can be stressful, especially when you’re also trying to figure out what comes next, but Chad and April made the entire process incredibly smooth and seamless. From listing our home to getting it SOLD in just under 40 days, we always felt informed, supported, and confident that everything was being handled. What really speaks to the kind of people they are, though, is what happened beyond the sale. We decided that our next chapter would be going from owning to renting, and Chad and April went out of their way to help us look for apartments and rental options at absolutely no additional cost to us. They certainly weren’t obligated to do that, especially after helping us successfully sell our home, but they continued to help simply because they wanted to make sure we found the right place for us.
