Over and Above!!! Chad has all the characteristics that one could ask for in a realtor!

We chose Chad to represent us in our sale as we used him to purchase another home first, for which we were extremely grateful and overly satisfied with the outcome . Our sale, although, was a bit more complicated for which he handled marvellously. His professionalism was outstanding, he communicated with the utmost respect and was timely. I can’t say enough about his integrity throughout our complicated negotiations. Chad was knowledgeable regarding our sale and when challenged sought out verification. Chad not only completed the sale, he went above and beyond to help us with giving advice and personal help throughout our move. He and his wife Merritt helped us with our pets!!!! They are truly people who are compassionate about what they do and it rolls over in to how they treat their clients. We are eternally grateful for all they did for us throughout the entire process.
