Chad helped my wife and I found our current home. He was excellent with communicating with both of us. Especially when I was away at a work trip and he made sure both my wife and I were in the loop with everything. Chad also helped make the whole process of home buying less daunting. For us being first time home buyers, it was terrifying. Luckily, Chad guided us through any questions or concerns we had. Chad was there with us all the way to end of the home buying process being extremely helpful and accommodating. We could not recommend him enough!
