I can’t even put into words how wonderful Chad and Merritt were. They know what they’re doing. From renovations, to price point, to negotiating they were on the money every time. With their guidance our offer was accepted on the house we wanted without it ever even making it to an open house. And our old house sold for more than we thought was possible. They were patient and answered every question talking us through things we didn’t understand.
