In April of 2023 we purchased 12 acres of undeveloped land in Kelseyville intended for new construction & development with Cerra Hinchcliff. Cerra took on this very complex property sale, which also happens to be about 2 1/2 hours from her main office. She was extremely responsive anytime of the day, very detailed and always remained very calm. This property was a duplex on the peninsula, the 1/2 I represented is in probate. The other half was owned by two separate individuals. While dealing with three owners who did not always see eye to eye, she kept everyone on track, well informed and treated everyone with respect. Her knowledge of the market, her ability to anticipate through negotiations with potential buyers, and her guidance throughout this sale was tremendously helpful. Cerra was instrumental in the quick sale of our property for quite a bit over listing price! From listing date to close date 25 days later Cerra was on top of everything every step of the way!! She kept me well informed using phone calls, emails and texts at different times based on how and where I was and wanted to communicate. She anticipated most of my questions before I even had them but when I did have questions she jumped in and found answers for me - quickly! She really took a lot of worries off my plate as I live out of state which I was so grateful for.
