Cerras was very patient as I insisted upon doing a thorough inspection of this 32 year old unusual property which the east coast heir, in my opinion, was resisting. I insisted upon full Homeowners Assn financials through the month prior to close of escrow which I never received due to the fault of the HOAs management. not the agents. I took my case to "the Broker" who stated that in his opinion the seller had complied with California legal requirements. The "Out of Town Broker" and agent were representing both buyer and seller. I was very upset with her broker who gave me his opinion over the phone rather than further investigating my complaint against the seller and the HOA.
