We only met once. Everything handled between seller & myself Realtor helped get closing started

My Wife Brenda and I met Cereice in February of 2025. We worked with her for about 6 months until we found what was right for us. During that time she was always answering questions in a very timely manner. We look forward to an ongoing relationship.

She did a great job on my property. She knows pricing

She is an experience, realtor for Properties along the Tennessee river/Kentucky lake. We ended up having an offer around 40 days after listing the property. I am very happy with the service I received listing my property with Cereice.

Very informative Very professional

Cereice Morris was such a pleasure to work with! She was very responsive to each of our inquiries, no matter the day or time of day. She shared many properties with us, which led to finding exactly what we were looking for. She is very knowledgeable about the area and the towns. Our happiness and finding the perfect location for us was her first priority. She presented so many properties that we know we "saw it all" before we decided on the property we selected. She was wonderful at helping us through every step. I highly recommend Cereice Morris to anyone looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, professional, communicative and personable. She the BEST realtor we've ever worked with.

Great job keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Great advice and knowledge of the community I was selling in.

She was very helpful in every way from beginning to the end- highly recommend her

Cereice’s knowledge of the larger market, the neighborhoods, transactional challenges, and immediate attention to all my requests were absolutely top shelf. This was a remote purchase and she walked every step for us through the offers, inspections, cloaing, and then after the sale to help us safeguard our new home until we could arrive about a month after closing. We’ve purchased many properties over the years….Cereice is, by far, at the top of her trade.

Cereice is without doubt the best realtor that I have ever had. Through multiple land transactions, as well as a home purchase, Cereice has been informative, relatable, very accessible (she always responses quickly to messages), and she is extremely knowledgeable. I am a big fan, and will definitely continue to use Cereice for future transactions.
