Celeste and Mike are the dynamic duo. We absolutely loved working with them throughout the build and purchase of our very first home. They listened to our needs, while still giving realistic expectations but then worked tirelessly to find us our dream home! From the beginning of our home search process the housing market and rates fluctuated tremendously, and there were many stressful factors that played into our process aside from all the normal stresses. However despite these circumstances we felt as though we were being very thoroughly taken care of. Celeste and Mike's care and attention helped us to actually enjoy buying our home in a crazy market! Communication is either quick or quicker, and Celeste typically was three steps ahead or already completely done with whatever we were worried about. Mike knows all the stats, numbers, and facts- with realistic advice and yet still supportive of our "house dreams". We are so grateful for the help we received from the Blackburns, and if we didn't love our house so much- would use them again and again and again! So instead we will give our wholehearted recommendation :)

They did a great job of making the entire selling process easy and smooth. They were very professional in all their communication and they communicated often so I always knew where we were in the process and what my options were. There were some minor complications during the sell (from the buyer side) that they did a great job helping me navigate. They also worked super hard to make it happen! They held multiple open houses, distributed flyers, provided market analysis reports, coordinated with other agents, and more to get people interested and looking as quickly as possible. Really appreciated the value they provided in helping sell my home, they really went above and beyond!
