I makes me tear up when I think about how Celeste and Mike helped a 90year old man sell his property. They bent over backward to make sure this 90year old felt comfortable and informed on all aspects of the process. The property sold so quick! This 90year old couldn't do anything to move and I, as his step-daughter, was busy taking care of him. So, I didn't have time to spend getting ready to move. Celeste knew people who could come in and clean up the property and haul off the junk. She knew people who could come in and clean. Those 2 helped us sort and box up items and clean. What a blessing we got ahold of them as our agents!

I was the buyer and used "Team Blackburn" for my purchase. Celeste and Mike were referred to me from one of their recent clients. Celeste and Mike are excellent at what they do. They were very thorough and found quite a few discrepancies from the seller's agent. The seller was represented by: "TwinPartnersRealty.com": NIGHTMARE AGENT!! I'm not sure which "twin" I dealt with, but they misrepresented (LIED) many things. Celeste dug really deep and found many incorrect things stated as truths from the seller's agent. Celeste had solutions and many resources and connections in the industry to help me resolve things. Celeste and Mike were amazing, they sold our mountain property which was a very specialized property. They were amazing in the amount of interest they found for that property and it was sold, for more than we ever expected. Then, they found us our forever home in Star, ID. Five stars is not enough for this team of agents. Celeste and Mike were my lifesavers when I found myself drowning in unknown territory of needing to sell my mother’s house after her passing.
