Cedric is the best.
During this process Cedric is now more of a brother than an agent. His real estate knowledge and interest of making sure you as the client get the best deal possible is bar none. To put things in perspective, my property was and still is the highest home sold in that community of condominiums. During this pandemic you really need someone who knows what their doing and Cedric is that guy.
